Our Core Business
- Thermoforming is the core of our business. Our part sizes range as we take on the smallest of parts to parts up to 7′ x 11′.
- Production quantities may vary from a single part or prototype to thousands of parts.
- Our parts vary from the simplest of parts to the most complex parts that most companies don’t want to touch; an opportunity is never lost!
CNC Fabrication
We use our CAD & CAM expertise along with our CNC abilities (3 & 5 axis machines) to produce products in various shapes, sizes, and quantities.
There are many advantages to CNC fabrication but a few are:
Shorter lead time, reduced set-up cost, repetitive consistent quality, improved aesthetics without increased costs.
Quality Assurance
Bo-Mer Plastics’ quality system is registered to ISO 9001:2015. We have been providing quality parts on time at a reasonable price since 1946.
Jeff Casper, our Quality Manager, led our team through another successful year maintaining our ISO registration and certification to ISO 9001:2015.
The devotion of each employee to fulfill our quality policy has allowed us to achieve several supplier awards from various customers and be listed as certified suppliers to world class customers with whom we have achieved 100% delivery and quality performance rating over the past 12 months.
Quality is no longer something you say – it must be evident in everything you do. At each stage, our team members take responsibility for the excellence of their portion of the whole process.
