With you every step of the way.
Bo-Mer Plastics was founded in 1946 in Auburn, New York where it still conducts business today. In 2001, Bo-Mer was purchased by a long-standing employee who recognized the potential of the company and the value it provided to the local community. Bo-Mer is a custom plastic and metal fabricator serving a variety of customers in both the US and abroad. Our focus has always been to understand the customer’s vision and work with them hand-in-hand to bring that vision to fruition.
The truth is, there are many qualified plastics manufacturers out there, all with fine equipment and the ability to produce quality parts. But bringing your project to life is never a straight line. In fact, little goes according to plan. And, it is in this exact scenario, where Bo-Mer thrives. We have the imagination, passion, and talent to solve the unique challenges of your project, and deliver results when others cannot.
When a customer contacts us regarding a project, we have the ability to manufacture their part completely in house saving them the time and expense of involving multiple vendors. It’s this ability to adapt to changing customer requirements, and our desire to push the envelope, that sets us apart from our competition.
Started at Bo-Mer: 5/21/84
It’s the all-American story. After graduating from Morrisville State College with a degree in Plastics & Mechanical Technology, Tom joined Bo-Mer in 1984. He works hard and when he gets the opportunity, he grabs it and purchased the company in 2001. It’s safe to say he has seen more change in 16 years than all the 55 years prior to him purchasing the business. It’s Tom’s steady hand, both in running his company and our customer projects, that set him apart. If you value hard work, honesty and a commitment to excellence from your vendor partner, you’ve found the right person, and the right company.

An avid Syracuse University sports fan, Brian is among many Bo-Mer staff with over two-decades of service.
Started at Bo-Mer: 7/19/13 Scott joined us in 2013 and was the recipient of our recent ZZ Top look-alike contest (okay, not really but that’s one cool beard). But make no mistake about it, Scott is one talented engineer. His imagination, ability to solve complex issues, and passion to work in partnership with our customers has proven to be a winning formula. He’s also a journeyman tool and die maker, which has allowed us to expand our metal fabrication offerings

Started at Bo-Mer: 6/4/18 TJ began working part-time in the summers and throughout holiday breaks. His vision has always been to follow in his father’s footsteps and make no mistake, he is on the right path. In 2013 until his graduation from SUNY Oswego in the Spring of 2018, TJ was working from the “ground-up” as he worked on the manufacturing floor learning the ins and outs of the company; the products and the customer base. He is now underway, working with sales, estimating and engineering after obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree. TJ majored in Business Administration and minored in Economics while he was fortunate enough to fit a few engineering classes into his schedule.
Started at Bo-Mer: 5/28/19 A man of few words, and much talent. Before joining Bo-Mer, Ike has had decades of experience in various roles in manufacturing. This includes over 30 years of working in manufacturing, and over 20 years in both engineering and Mastercam. He is an invaluable asset to Bo-Mer and our clients.
