It’s the all-American story. After graduating from Morrisville State College
with a degree in Plastics & Mechanical Technology, Tom joins Bo-Mer in 1984.
He works hard and when he gets the opportunity, he grabs it and purchases
the company in 2001. And, it’s safe to say, he has seen more change in 16
years then all the 55 years prior to him purchasing the business. It’s Tom
steady hand, both in running his company, and our customers projects, that
sets him apart. If you value hard work, honestly and a commitment to
excellence from your vendor partner, you’ve found the right person, and the

Scott MorinEngineering Manager
Years at Bo-Mer; 4
Scott joined us in 2013 and was the recipient of our recent ZZ Top look-alike contest (okay, not really but that’s one cool beard). But make no mistake about it, Scott is one talented engineer. His imagination, ability to solve complex issues, and passion to work in partnership with our customers has proven to be a winning formula. He’s also a journeyman tool & die maker which has allowed us to expand our metal fabrication offerings.
Years at Bo-Mer: 22
Doug is a critical part of our engineering team and works closely with our customers to bring their projects to life. His certification include Solidworks & Mastercam. A proud veteran of the US Army (thank you for your service!), he’s also a trained Combat Engineer.

with us for 21 years, does that count?) and he’s brought a new way of
thinking and fresh ideas to our projects. Jordan is a graduate of the
University of Buffalo, Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and
resides in Syracuse NY.
ABOUT BO-MER PLASTICS
Bo-Mer Plastics was founded in 1946 in Auburn, New York where it still conducts business today. In 2001, Bo-Mer was purchased by a long-standing employee who recognized the potential of the company and the value it provides to the local community. Bo-Mer is a custom plastic and metal fabricator serving a variety of customers in both the US and abroad. Our focus has always been to understand the customer’s vision and work with them hand-in-hand to bring that vision to fruition.
What makes us different?
The truth is, there are many qualified plastics manufacturers out there, all with fine equipment and the ability to produce quality parts. But bringing your project to life is never a straight line, in fact, little goes according to plan. And, it is in this exact scenario, where Bo-Mer thrives. We have the imagination, passion, and talent to solve the unique challenges of your project, and deliver results when others cannot.
Today, when a customer contacts us regarding a project, we have the ability to manufacture their part completely in house. Saving them the time and expense of involving multiple vendors. It’s this ability to adapt to changing customer requirements, and our desire to push the envelope, that sets us apart from our competition.
